Missed call & voicemail notification in WM6.5?

Does anyone get a missed call or voicemail notification in WM6.5? I only get a missed call icon in the top bar, but I have to click on that to get to the notification window, then click again to view missed calls.

But I never know if I have a voicemail.

I'm on Energy ROM 28004.
