Sprint TouchPro2 resell question
 

I bought a brand new touch pro 2 for sprint and never activated it, I dont know if anyone knew but I was wondering if Im allowed to sell it. I did get my 2 year instant rebate on it but would like to potentially sell it and want to make sure its legit and the buyer will be able to activate.

long as its not attached to the acct, and the one attached is not lost or stolen, i e you dont use it or the lost/stolen/replaced phone for your connection i would think it should be ok.

call sprint from a payphone and ask - dont give acct data so its not attached to you.

The bottom line is as long as it doesn't have a bad esn, you can do whatever you want. So yeah, you shouldn't have any problems selling it to whoever.

and bad esn's? ppl sell them, but usually tis a crime
