Are dialer and notification windows native to WM 6.1?

1. Are dialer and notification windows (notifications for messages received, low battery, etc.) native to WM 6.1?
Or are they part of Touchflo 3D?

The reason I'm asking this is because they fail to display an Asian character set that I installed separately.
No other WM 6.1 has failed to display the Asian characters, and I've been using them since WM 5.0 without any problem until now.

2. If the dialer and/or notifications windows are part of Touchflo 3D, how can I use the WM 6.1 native ones instead?

There is a default dialer and a default notification manager in WM.

However, if you are referring to the fancy and good looking dialer and the notification manager that pops up a black screen with a list of your notifications when you click on the task bar, those are both HTC customizations. You can find CAB files to disable both of those or they are also reg edits you can do yourself. You will have to do a search to find either.
