you need to release the reset button before releasing the other two... make sure you did that

Without having to do the whole reset button just pop the battery out, put it back in. Then put the back cover on without hitting the power button to turn it on. Now just hold the volume down THEN hold down the POWER button on the top of the phone it should go right into bootloader.. Make sure you were still holding down the volume down at the same time as the power button. It should come up in like 5 sec

I didn't see the boot load screen after any of this.

Although I did notice the device heating up after some time.
I have the sprint order.
It was ordered on 28th Nov.
Can I go to sprint store and ask them to look into it since it won't boot up?

you can try. on rare occasion, they'll swap it for you on the spot. otherwise, they'll give you HTC's number for a warranty exchange and if HTC realizes that it was a bad custom flash, they'll deny the warranty.
you could also try Sprint Advanced Exchange

As a last resort, try it the Verizon way. VOL DWN, SND, END, RESET. It's worth a shot.

Does your LED turn on when you plug in the charger with the phone off? Phone might be dead at this point if it won't even charge.
