PLEASE HELP! Browser keeps crashing!
 

Hello Everyone,
I was hoping someone has experienced a similar problem or can help me with this issue. Lately, everytime I open up a new web page via the browser icon it crashes after downloading about 3/4 of the page. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

It is very frustrating. Prior to this problem it would constantly say "too many tabs open, close a tab to continue" when I would only have 1-2 open tabs.

If anyone knows the cause of this problem or a possible solution, I would greatly appreciate some advise being a newbie to the forum.

sounds like you ran out of memory (RAM) Make sure you have all your other background tasks shutdown...

have you installed a lot of apps to your main memory??

did you check your task manager if you have stuff running in the background?

do you actually EXIT Opera via its menu (bottom right) and select exit..because if you don't...Opera stays active and push internet to the phone (unless, you have that disabled.)

I was getting this with my first flash of Mightyrom (25Nov09) and couldn't figure out why IE would crash immediately on opening. I ended up hard reseting and been fine since.

is it a particular site that keeps crashing?

Occasionally Opera crashes on me when it keeps popping up the on-screen keyboard while loading the page. At that point, I have to reboot to get Opera to work again. Frustrating. I'm looking for a cab that will prevent the on-screen keyboard from automatically popping up.
