Quick question - if I have Yahoo IM on my TP2 and sent an IM, are these counted as texts for billing purposes? I have Yahoo IM on my desktop, and use it all the time to send IM's to other people's Yahoo accounts, or to their cell phones as texts, but obviously there's no cost to me on my desktop.

I would love to be able to do the equivalent of texting without incurring the cost. Personally, I think the whole texting charge thing is a huge rip-off. I'm already paying $30/month for unlimited data and adding a relatively large charge for the relatively minor data usage incurred by texting on top of that seems to me exorbitant and a rip-off.

Couldn't get this to work. It says connecting, but doesn't ever change. Do I need to change any of the connection settings?
