Bookmarks: Not All Showing Outside of Browser

OK, I'm using stock ROM for my Verizon TP2, with stock Opera 9.5 (with a few tweaks for overview, number of tabs, by editing Opera.ini. Using TF3D.

I just noticed some odd behavior for my Bookmarks a day or so ago. I recently added a number of them for the "rtsp" live TV streams (see that thread), putting them in the "Entertainment" folder I created. If I open my Browser, click on the little "star" for Bookmarks, they're all there.

But, if I close the Browser (minimize or fully close), and go to the Browser Tab, before actually opening the Browser, at the bottom left I can hit the "Bookmarks" label to open the Bookmarks. This time, only 2 of the 6 or so "rtsp" Bookmarks I created are listed there. Soft reset makes no difference.

How can this be? Are these 2 ways of accessing the Bookmarks not looking at the same files? How did a disconnect get created? How can I get the Bookmarks view outside of the Browser to show the same links as the Bookmarks view inside the Browser??

Thanks!

Re: Bookmarks: Not All Showing Outside of Browser

I have the same problem. But it's with all the bookmarks I add. But I am using a new rom I flashed to (but still Opera 9.5).

Re: Bookmarks: Not All Showing Outside of Browser

I always assumed those bookmarks are separate. I'm not sure how to link them.

Re: Bookmarks: Not All Showing Outside of Browser

No answers yet?

Well, does anybody know where the OS stores Bookmark links and information? I used File Explorer to browse through all the likely locations where it would have this information, but didn't come across anything.

Or is it in the Registry, and if so, where? Guess I'll search that later on today.

Thanks.
