Help!! Sprint Touch Pro 2 problem sending email
I hope someone sees this.. I have been trying to find the fix to this all day and night.. I have a Sprint Touch Pro 2 that is only a couple of months old and until today I was using my pop3 email just fine but now it can receive email and I get an error saying messages cannot be sent and to make sure that i have network coverage.. Did some searching and found out that it could be a problem with Windows Mobile 6.1..

I even tried to hard reset and it still will not send email or install the fix.. Tried Buttonboy fix and still not working.. HELP!! |

EXACTLY the problem I'm having on my Verizon TP2 as well. So... maybe this isn't a carrier problem (unless they're both being squirrelly). Looks like a WM prob though. angry9: |

I had the same problem. Here's what worked for me. I called Sprint, explained the issue. (888-211-4727) They "initialized" my e-mail account. I deleted my account (on the TP2) I created a new account (on the TP2) No problems since, Udgraded to MightyROM Still no more problems . . . If this works, please remember to hit "THANKS".
