dirty rain animation

Ive tried 4 a week to install the dirty rain animation on my nrg rom 2.5 build 21877. I need help. It only gives me a zip file but it works differently from cab files. instructions would help. thx

I've never heard of dirty rain animation, what is it? I know the rain weather animation, is it different?

copy the files into your windows folder, or uploas the zip here and ill make you a cab

The dirty rain animation is when your rain application on the home page interferes with the background. it is very annoying when using max manila

So what exactly does this do? Make the screen not black when it shows rain?
