How can I change the order of programs? (not sure what this is called)

Is there a way to change the nine boxes that you can add a program, bookmark, or contact to. Im not sure what it is called but it is on Juicys R5 Rom. Its on the home screen.

If you tap the right softkey on the home tab, you should see a "remove quick links" or something like that. Tap that, and you can remove and replace the links that you put in those boxes.
