Setting Menus page does nothing??

I am using the Sprint HTC supplied firmware and am unable to install an alternate firmware package for business reasons. I was hoping that Sprint would have WM6.5 shortly. While I am forced to use WM6.1 how can I get to the 7 Menu items setup on Setting > All Settings > Personal > Menus then selected 7 items. In previous Touch Pro this was displayed with you selected the "Start Icon" on the top of the screen. On this phone it just goes to the populated screen displaying 12 programs at a time with a maximum of 30 programs user selectable. Where is the mini-menu with the 7 programs I selected on the Setting > Personal> Menus page? Thanks.

Using Manila, going to the settings tab and select the left softkey. That should take you to the settings sub menu you're asking for.

Hi Kevmo1965. Thanks for your suggestion. Please send me a link for a ".cab" file that will let me install a removable program this will fix my problem. As I said in the original problem, I am unable to install a new (non Sprint Supplied) firmware on this device. I can install any software that will be quickly removed with a hard reset or the settings option of "Remove Program". Thanks. David737

Most "cab" files are uninstallable, not sure what program you are looking for? Everything that you're asking for is built into the settings tab.

I was almost sure that every "cab" file is uninstallable. You might have to do a Hard Reset, but it is uninstallable. A firmware installation is not always uninstallable, unless you have to tools to reload the original firmware. I thought Manila was possible part of a kitchen firmware installation. My wording was not very clear. I am comfortable with a "cab" file change, but not a firmware change. Please send me a link to get the "cab" file for the Manila that you recommend. Thanks.
