Fast USB Charge Needed
 

ok so, everytime I connect the wall charger to my phone it recognizes it as a USB for PC and only charges half the rate......... I need a GSM fast charge Battery Driver...... Ive hard reset, flashed etc... and it still recognizes as a USB for PC, so I looked and searched and found one cab. that kept only downloading half......

Id rather do this than get a new phone, Any help would be great...
