Re: Leave screen off when receiving SMS?

I don't understand. Why are so many people afraid to try something as awesome and simple as pocket shield?

Re: Leave screen off when receiving SMS?

It's not so much fear as the desire to avoid using a program to protect from an annoyance that should be easily turned off.

I'd much rather the phone not turn on against my will than use software to restrict the actions it can perform whilst activating in my pocket against my wishes.

i know right! with ps i have it set when the phone wakes up ps will tell it to turn the screen off in 10 seconds. so sometimes i dont even notice that the screen has turned on. i love ps, but what i dont love is the new version for the tp2. i keep having problems with it so i will just wait for hopefully the actual final release of 3.2.5.1 or whatever its called.

I just updated today and it's 3.2.6 now. The only problem I have is that they removed the option to always lock on BT headset. That's really important considering the crazy proximity sensor on the TP2.

Re: Leave screen off when receiving SMS?

yeah i just updated too. and i actually am FINALLY happy with this ps version. i had one issue where it would unlock the phone every time i woke the phone up, but resetting the settings unchecking and rechecking a setting fixed this. yeah its 3.2.6.1 now
