Pet peeve about key popup when typing on onscreen keyboard.

I dislike the fact that when you type keys on the onscreen keyboard, it popup the same key in black above the original key. Is there any ways to disable this completely?

(ps I know about the feature that if you hold down a key it will let you type the key above it without having to press FN, but I'm willing to lose the feature.)
