Touch Pro 2 SPC

I am having trouble getting the SPC of my Touch Pro 2 with the method of regedit into the phone and switching "enable" to "1" and then waiting a while to reset it "0". I have done this at least ten times and I cannot find the " RMSL" acronym anywhere in the log.

Any suggestions?

Is the log being generated? You could always give this a shot if you have the .NET CF installed http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?p=1344332 - it should work (enabling logging and parsing the output to grab the MSL for you).

is it a sprint one? have you tried through CDMA workshop?

I found a solution. I waited 10 minutes for the log to load all the information. It worked!! So for anybody else that needs the SPC code, Patience is key!!

But now I am having trouble changing the SPC code.

Any suggestions.

Use QPST on your PC to change it.

I cant seem to connect to QPST. I press ##DIAG# and the phone does not do anything. Any other way?

Make sure you have installed htc modem drivers on pc before connecting in dmrouter mode. To get into dmrouter mode, try locating dmrouter.exe in the Windows folder on you TP2. If that doesnt work, search here for dmrouter.exe. Juggalo posted a cab for it the other day. I am mobile right now and cant point you to it right now. Hope this helps you.

ok I got it into ##DIAG mode through your method. But when I connect it to QSPT it says "Online Connection Failed Unspecified Error" I dont know what to do.
