Re: outlook msft exchange question ?

Find ActiveSync in your Programs area. Tap Menu, Schedule, and change from "As items arrive" to one of the other choices..."Every 5 minutes", "Every 10 minutes", etc.

Re: outlook msft exchange question ?

If you are really talking about ActiveSync on your phone talking with an Exchange server, then go to Programs / ActiveSync / Menu / Schedule. Then you can choose how often you want to sync during peak and off-peak times. It sounds like you want both choices to be "Manually".
