There is a debate that's been going on for a while without a clear answer about how different ROMs give different browsing effeciency and internet Download speed..........
how the ROM affects internet speed ? I know the radio does ........
So I looked everywhere and read alot ......and I could not find a logic explanation ! I know changing TCP window and concorrent connections affect the speed . IE cache and buffering cache affects ....but for the same setting values that Ive used in different ROMs ..I have got different results that are significantly noticeable .( I used different speed test engines in different times of the day to take in considerations the data traffic,and load).
any opinion from the experts here ?
