wifi settings cab from reg entries

ok so sprint tp2. juicy r3.i successfully made some cabs from xml for my yahoo, ones to take mp3s from my sd to phone memory, one for owner info from reg entries, and another with sliding sounds also including reg entries.
Then i though how bout one for my wifi settings and bluetooth pairing. so again i filled out the iinfo on my tp2 cuz i just hard reset after R3, and then proceeded to extract the reg entries from hkcu\comm\eapol. i exported the entire config folder with ccregedit like ive done before. i found another with folder called wifi under hkcu\controlpanel; extracted again. then i exported them into wincecab filled out all the boxes as usual. put it in my xda_uc then ran it. it keeps sayin unsuccesful! idk why. the other 2 cabs i made successfully put the reg files where they needed to be, but this one wont? does anyone know if i have to retain my wifi settings a different way? thanks
