Phone Fusion removal HELPP ASAP

i have the app and i deleted it but my vociemail keeps gettung forwarded to that number
what di u dial to put it back to ur normal sprint voicemail
i have changed it back to my number ib the setting but i continue to have the problem

That's an incorrect setup. If you were using *72 to forward youir calls to Phone Fusion. then you were using unconditional forwarding, which means that ALL of your calls were rolling to voicemail without ringing. Additionally, this is somethign that Sprint currently charges $0.20/minute to use.

The correct way to use Phone Fusion is to setup your phone with conditional forwarding (*28 + number). This allows your phone to ring, yet will forward your busy/missed calls to the Phone Fusion service.

Just wanted to clear this up so there is no confusion. Conditional forwarding is also free with Sprint.
