Anyone having trouble with Quickmenu ?

After becoming used to using Quickmenu mainly for it's Task Manager and Percent Battery meter, I am finding that it does not work properly on the Sprint TP2. It interferes with the system start menu, and pops up when selecting programs. It also seems imposible to remove without a Hard Reset. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

I would use the HTC task manager, but it doesn't show all of the running programs. Anyone know of a good substitute for Quick Menu? I just need a good task manager and battery meter.
Thanks

Re: Anyone having trouble with Quickmenu ?

I'm having no issues with the version of Quickmenu I'm using (whatever the latest cab is at XDA). The start menu behavior is the result of setting in the QM options. Fool around with it to get it going the way you like. As far as removal, you can just go to \windows\startup and delete the Quickmenu link. It won't remove it from your device, but it won't start up.

Hmmm. Wonder what you have different to make it work. Any idea? What version of Quickmenu are you running?

Re: Anyone having trouble with Quickmenu ?

i am running Quickmenu 2.8 on a VZW TP2 and having no issues. I've been using it for over a month.

Two settings that might make a difference:

Register Win Key of Device (I have this CHECKED)
Replace System Start Menu (I have this UNCHECKED)

Re: Anyone having trouble with Quickmenu ?

I'm having problems with my Quick Menu. I don't know if it's actually "problems" or if it's just how the Quick menu works on TP2.

The quick menu on the TP1 displayed every program running (skype, Opera, etc). On the TP2, it doesn't show that Opera is running so when ever I'm surfing the net and go to another program/task/etc (like the music player, skype, home or calander), I can't get back to the website I was viewing unless I go back to the Internet tab and relaunch it all over again. And when I do re-launch it, it creates a new tab (I have 2 tabs... you see my old tab and the new just created). Anybody else experiencing this?

Re: Anyone having trouble with Quickmenu ?

I'm having the same issue with Quick menu popping up when selecting a program. Tried different settings in the Qmenu Options but no go.

Anyone find a fix yet for this on Sprint TP2?
