Anyone else having this alarm problem?

I didn't see this posted anywhere. Hopefully I didn't miss it in my searches.

I've got a Sprint TP2, and I've been using it as my alarm clock in the morning, as I did with my old phone. It was working fine for a while, but now it goes off and doesn't give me the UI to snooze or dismiss it.

My status bar shows a notification, but when I chose 'dismiss' nothing happens. It keeps going off. I've resorted to setting the phone to silent and just letting the thing time out.

I've tried soft-resetting it and it's not helping.

I can deal with some of the other rough edges on the phone, but something this basic shouldn't be giving me hassles this soon into owning it.

If anyone has any suggestions, I'm all ears.

Re: Anyone else having this alarm problem?

I have seen issues with my alarms not going off properly, or going off randomly over an hour after it was supposed, or the notification box not showing, etc. Try using Klaxon.

There is a hack. Look in the Tweaks up in the Stickies

PS - Did you seach in the TP2 forum for "snooze"? Search is your friend

Re: Anyone else having this alarm problem?

My problem is not the duration of the snooze. It's that I'm not getting ANY notification. I cannot snooze OR dismiss. Even if I go into the taskbar to the general notifications list, I STILL can't dismiss it.

So yes, I searched. This is not my first rodeo.

I haven't had any issues as far as that goes, but when I turn them off they still come on like they're on.

Re: Anyone else having this alarm problem?

make that three. I could not shut off the freaking alarm this morning...no options to shut off nor snooze at all...ended up with a soft reset to shut it up.

Need help please......thankyou.
