looking for getting information on 日本語 region settings emoji font display and input.

looking for the best way to do this. i have tryed so many.
rhodiumw cdma
sprint
wm 6.5
mightyrom (seems better then energy rom leo, default rom or jucy)
tryed letsjapan6, tryed other things when most guides say to change the reg setting to e0010411 it causes my device to freeze on boot. (have seen this sugestion like 3 times) ive gotten the registry to show up using a package and 3 keyboards to show up but no text input, and another time i got japanese text input using ooki to work and the font to display correctly but no regional settings.

anyone have any help with this i want to type japanse using the hardware keyboard. and i want to see my friends emoji when they send me text not to mention i cant msg back if i cant type japanese.
