how to dial a number from a webpage (Opera 9.5+)

is there a way to setup Opera 9.7 (or 9.5, or any other browser) so that phone numbers appear as links and I can dial the number just by clicking on it?

I have seen this on other phones and was wondering how I can setup my TP2 in the same way.

Thanks!

Does anyone know? Does this even make sense?

Hmm, I tried searching through the registry but there doesn't seem to be anything to enable this, I messed things up and had to re-install 9.7. on the iPhone its just an option that is enabled in the browser, but ive checked all the settings (and registry).

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
