Sharing Wifi

I am on the road for a job and am able to share wifi no problem with my laptop. However I wanted to see if it was possible to share with a game console such as the ps3. If so what needs to be done in order for it to work. Right now it does not detect the SSID. Thanks!:withstupid:

From my experience, the version of WiFiRouter that you buy works best. But I haven't tried it with whatever you are referring to
