Has anyone else experience this issue?

I fell asleep a couple of hours ago and when I woke up my phone was acting up. It started turning off and on and wouldn't go past the TouchPro2 screen. After switching from the computer charger to a wall charger and leaving it alone for a while it finally turned back on (it took about 3-5 mins to turn on). To my surprise it had hard reset itself! :angry7:
To make things worst the top button, and bottom (send, start, back, end) stopped working. And it seems a couple of the hard keyboard buttons aren't working either :protest:. By the way the last program installed was Pandora and the TCP registry edit.
I'm going tomorrow to the sprint store to check it out and see what they can do for me (too bad I kept leaving the backup for another day lol).
Has anyone else experienced any similar problems or any other difficulties with their refurb or BNIN TP2?

EDIT: crap ate the d on the title should had been *experienced*

Stock rom or custom? Per chance it's custom, make sure you reflash back to stock Sprint ROM, and then relock it before you take it in to the store.

Sounds like a dud to me though.

I left it stock.
Thanks for the heads up though, that would've been the worst.

No problem. Okay, so it's stock. Have you tried removing the battery for 60 seconds, and then reinserting? Have you tried using the Clear Storage from Settings | System? This will do a hard reset, but a controlled one that may clear things up for you. If you've still got hardware key problems after that and you've installed nothing extra, then it's got to be a flaky device.

I'll try that. It could def save me a trip.

EDIT: I actually left it doing a backup from an old touch pro save I had and the buttons seem to work. Although I'm not sure if I should leave that backup in the phone. It seems to recognize some things but not every one of them. For example the contacts appear on the call history but don't seem to be saved on the contact menu.
