Drivers? Bluetooth through USB Connection?

Question: Is it possible for my computer to utilize my phones Bluetooth receiver when it is connected by USB? I am interested in connecting to a remote Bluetooth printer in my house and my computer does not have a Bluetooth connection. I was wondering if there was any way my computer can utilize my phones Bluetooth when connected to Mobile Device Center. Thanks!
