fast charge issue

whenever i install the cdma tp2 fast charge driver my taskbar shows 100% and my charge light doesnt come on. upon going into nuebattery control panel everything is blank and going into battery monitor it says it cant load battery.dll

am i overlooking something???

when i used mighty rom everything was fine. but having not installed im getting a charge rate of 85ma and that just doesnt cut it
