Seido Items
 

I am sorry if this not the place for this topic, but i just receive my Innocell 1750mAh Extended Life Battery from Seido and it seems that the battery was not seal into a package. does this means they send me a used battery? This is my first time ordering from seido and if all their items aren't seal it makes me believe the items they sell are used.

I have ordered many things from Seidio and it is a VERY reputable company. I would be shocked if what you got was used, but if you are concerned, contact customer service...in the meantime, since it was opened as it is, I'd give the battery a try and see what kind of performance you get...maybe they can refund you a few bucks, save you the hassle of a return, and both sides would be happy assuming performance is OK...

thx for your feedback on seidio, I am using the battery and it seems fine.

The containers they use are pressed closed. They are not sealed. I would imagine that it popped open during shipping.
