i'm not that experienced with registry editing but when i get to SlideWakeup, what do i enter exactly for the value???? i'm used to just changing it from 1 to 0 or something like that....i've never seen DWORD before

It should be 0
As stated before HKLM/ HARDWARE/ DEVICEMAP/ KEYBD/ Create a new DWORD (SlideWakeup) with a value of 0

i changed it and it's still not working. i'm gonna try uninstalling your cab first then change it back to 0 again

If you are using winmo6.5 and the lock screen it will continue to turn on your screen as the lock screen interfers with this reg edit. solution is not to use the lock screen.

I'm not aware if 6.1 has the same issue.
