sprint gps lag

i did some research and some people said that they don't experience any lag issues...
i went on a trip and used sprint navigation but it is pretty bad, i passed the exits on the highway and on my tp2 they still showed ahead like for 5 seconds...
so back home i installed telenav, garmin, but even google maps is lagging also... and quick gps is already downloaded.

so i just want to make sure if it could be my phone that i have to replace it or is just all tp2 that dont work well with gps.

i think tp was better with the gps, but tp2 is better with other issues like battery life, and a better screen.

Re: sprint gps lag

You may want to take that into the repair ctr. My Sprint TP2 is much better on GPS than my TP or my wife's TP. I even get GPS inside. Not on my TP. I have been on trips with my friend who has a stand alone tomtom and my TP2 is always 1 to 3 seconds ahead of his tomtom and it worked under those big huge bridges in downtown LA.
I download quick GPS EVERY time I get prompted to... that's like weekly. I assume you do the same.
Good luck bro.

Re: sprint gps lag

thanks, i just got home from sprint and they told me that they couldn't duplicate the issue with gps, so they can not do anything.
so my last alternative is to call asurion because i got the phone from them like a week ago, may be if they change it I'll get a tp2 that works better.
