Adding special folder to Program Tab

I accidently deleted the setting button on the program tab of TFLO3D. How do I add this or any other special folder like games, word mobile, today, etc. These items don't show up when the hit + button on an empty slot?

You can restore the settings link with this... it will also restore the home, calender and people links which you can just remove...

Using your file explorer go to: windows/start menu/programs. Then create a new folder, naming it whatever you like. Then just cut and paste whatever shortcuts you want into that folder.
