32GB MicroSD on e-bay

Anyone brave enough to order? The seller has a short history, but all positive. Picture of the card saids: "Kingston". $110. A bit too much for my taste, when they hit $50 (current price for 16gb), I'll probably jump in.

before anyone buys this, consider just giving your money to me instead ;)

seriously though total scam obviously. 32 g cards arent even on kingstons site and the ebay page just screams "im gonna jerk you"

i know it's a stock picture, but the picture even says 4gb :P

Seller has 100% feedback, but only as a buyer. Plus, the picture shows a 4gb card. I doubt this would end well.

1+ its a scam, Besides I had bad luck with Kingston Micro SD cards, I remember my vogue hiccuped on music playback using Kingston, I switched to Scandisk and never again experienced problems with music playback or anything.

I asked the seller for a picture of the 32gb card with his name on a piece of paper in the photo...

We'll see if he ponies up.

Pay with PayPal... I'd bet the funds will be hold since he's never(?) sold anything... That being said, I wouldn't buy this, too much fraud chance.

I would just roll with a 16gb card. What would you do with a 32gb card anyway ;). I have a 8gb card and still have 3gb free.

I ordered a Sony Pro Duo SD card for my psp on Ebay... the card looked like a 4gb sony but in reality it was a fake... the card ended up breaking on my after trying to trasfer some file. I had to dispute the matter and it took a month to resolve. In my opinion id just go to a local retail store to buy it... im sure they be going on sale soon since the holidays are coming... i got mine at Frys - 8gb Poloroid Class 4 for only $12.99. it also came with an adaptor

Re: 32GB MicroSD on e-bay

The model number in that Ebay auction links to a 32GB SDHC card, not a MicroSD card so.... Yeah.

What are the chances they are just putting a 3 in front of a 2 gig card ). I will buy one after guys on this forum say they are real )

Re: 32GB MicroSD on e-bay

bottom line is 32 GB Micro sd card DONT exist YET!

i been waiting for them for over a year now, neither sandisk or kingston even acknowledge them on their sites so it would be basically impossible for some joker on ebay to have one

Re: 32GB MicroSD on e-bay

The seller responded to me and said he reposted the auction with the correct picture. He put his name on the paper like I asked. It's probably a knockoff otherwise he wouldn't be saying made in Taiwan.

have him put it in a device, take a screenshot, and prove how much memory it has.

also noticed he bumped the price up a bit too lol

Re: 32GB MicroSD on e-bay

Kingston didn't even anounce plans for those cards yet and by looks of things "sdc-4/32gb" googles for pretty much nothing..what did they do, steal it off the factory?

that noted..I'd rather wait for a class 6 over a class 4

I noticed that too! Props on however he got the picture... I'll stick with my 8gb from Microcenter for $20 until the 16gb comes down in price from $50.

I learned a long time ago to not buy anything like hard drives and RAM/flash/SD cards on eBay. If neither San Disk nor Kingston even has news of releasing one, let alone posting the info on their site, what makes you think some yahoo on eBay has one? Any two bit scammer can slap whatever sticker they want on something and call it something else..

heh i dont wanna pay that much... still pimpin this 8GB class something [4?] - but i've definately GOT to get more cards, seeing a few cases with pockets gave me bad ideas. Think - several well labled cards could hold a stack of stuff for emergency access. Now if we could just get trucrypt for the cell phone..
