or you could try getting a wifi sharing app might fix it, like wmwifi router, obviously check your settings,add remove programs and delete the policy if,it shows up, hope this helps

if you meant overriding a SECURITY-set wifi, then i am not aware of one directly from your ppc but there are plenty of ways to get the password (through linux hacks etc.. ) it is illegal unless you r using it to recover your own password.... |

No, I just mean that the wi-fi capability of the TP2 is disabled. It is greyed-out in the communications manager, and if you try to activate it, you get a message that WiFi is disabled by company policy. It was fed to the device via exchange push, much like the passkey requirement and the limitations on unsigned apps was.
Apparently it is disabled because it would 'confuse people' since activating it would temporarily interrupt VPN functionality (and thus end the link to the exchange server). I honestly don't care if it temporarily interrupts the VPN link. I want the ability to connect to wireless routers when I need to. |
