Audio Out (3.5mm WMP) Mighty Rom
 

Since I have started using Mighty Mikes Rom I have not been able to get the audio out working very well if at all. When I first tried i was able to but with poor quality. Not I get nothing.
Funny thing is when I receive a call... the audio comes out fine (i am using it into my audio input for my car) and I can here callers. Just not with WMP. I looked but found nothing on this. Any others have a similar experience?

nope just tried mine and works fine.try changing settings in audio booster?

Hmm.. I just tried again and the audio works fine with speaker on. I will try again in the morning.

Have you made sure your audio cable is okay and the 3.5mm headphone jack is clean, and plugged in all the way??? (I know, simple questions, but you never know)

Yeah... I was using it before I flashed. It is probably something simple i missed.

i had this problem with the STOCK sprint rom....I believe it has to do with WMP....I did some tweaks that removed sprints links to the music store and that also took away my ability to have audio out...I am pretty sure it took away a driver because I didnt even get the headphones symbol on the taskbar when I plugged into the 3.5 jack.....I unlocked with hspl and burned Mighty Rom on the device and now is all good again.....I will say though that everything I tried before that to restore audio out on the stock sprint rom failed, so you may want to flash or reflash either Mighty rom or the stock rom to see if that gets it working for you.....Ive heard this problem has been happenening quite a bit in this forum....good luck!

Check and see if it works in another player instead of windows media...and look for the icon on the task bar when you plug in....no icon = no worky

I have the same problem. I get the icon for the phones but no sound.

I have a similar problem with the MightyROM. Once I plug in my headpbhones into the 3.5mm hole, I get no sound through the headphones, only throught the handset earpiece.

i found a setting on hd tweak that fixed mine its under sound menue called acoustic settings . place it on default
