Help!! TP2 Frozen @ Start-Up

My TP2 just froze up on Start-up Screen = "Touch pro2"

1.) I have turn off & on 2x2
2.) Soft reset 2x3

Nothing has worked. It will not cycle past the start-up section, "Touch pro2' with the data #s at the bottom of the screen.

Any suggestions. I am going into a Sprint store for Tech support or a new Handset.

Hopefully not having to call sprint.

Thanks

Have you hard reset yet? That would be the first thing i would do. Then flash back to the shipped sprint rom, even if your on stock rom already.

Have you done a hard reset. Turn the phone off. Hold the phone and end keys with one hand, with the other hand hold the power button and the hard reset screen will pop up. Follow instructions and it should work. Also have you flashed a new rom or is it stock?

Re: Help!! TP2 Frozen @ Start-Up

I had a smiliar problem after I unlocked and re-flashed the stock rom. The problem was narrowed down to using Sprite Back Up to restore the phone to it's previous state BEFORE it was unlocked. After reinstalling everything after the unlock, reflashing to stock and restoring is not a problem and does not cause a freeze. Hope this helps!

I had to Hard reset twice. Everything is working as normal. Screen seems to be brighter and clearer.

All Thanks,
