so let me get this straight (Question about Unlocker Cost)

let me see if i understand in order to unlock the fone it has to be security unlocked and to that it costs $14 am i understanding correctly?

Nope.

Unlocker for enabiling ability to flash ROMs = free for single use.
SIM Unlocker cost money, but is not necessary unless you...obviously need your SIM Unlocked
