my phone is showing that i always have 1 message even if i've deleted them... how do i get rid of that?

Mine had teh same issue. I did a soft reset and it cleared it.

Try highlighting it in landscape mode and working your way on the down arrow on keypad.

when i had this issue i had to end up doing a hard reset. even if he erases every message in his message box it will still show 1 message.

what's the difference between a soft and hard reset, and wouldn't that delete everything on my phone?

Yep, had to do a hard reset.....Softreset is a reset of the device, like resetting your pc. Hard reset is FORMATTING THE DEVICE. That erases everything and restores the phone to the way you got it in the box. You will lose everything including phone numbers. Do a back up and restore.

eh, i think i can deal with the 1 message lol... i'll just wait till my phone messes up worse than this to do a hard reset, cuz if the soft reset is just basically restarting my phone, i've done that a thousand times

i fixed it!! if anyone has this problem, look up "fixunreadcount"
