Used the cab file that Fr0st posted, it fixed the issue on my TP2. I'm running MightyMike ROM. Awesome, thanks. It was pretty annoying, but now it's good. BTW, normal clock animation is still, well, normal; aka it flips minute by minute.

i think the flip action of the clock is what jump starts the weather animation.... looks pretty slick to me....

I don't mind it. Its pretty cool . It only takes less than a second to go through the animation, so its no big deal to me .
