Will Manila 2.5 ever have landscape support?

2.5 is such a HUGE upgrade over 2.1 but I'm really torn because it pretty much means I can't use the hardware keyboard (at least for things that look pretty thanks to 2.5).

Can we expect to see landscape support in the future or not? 2.1 vs 2.5 is like night and day. It really does keep you out of the ugly winmo platform

I don't think anyone really knows right now. I know there are a lot of us that would love to see it, but we can only speculate. Several of us are guessing that if they do make a landscape version that they'll dub it 3.0, but all we can do is guess.

some guy over at xda (i think) had a rom with 2.5 and landscape. It was for a different phone though.
