Unlocking

Forgive me if this is the wrong place for this but I could not find any info anywhere else.

When I sync my phone and after it shows connected I start the unlocker. My phone then turns off and it loses sync. If I try to continue the unlock process it does not detect my rom (because phones is off). One i restart phone and then continue with the unlocker it will see the Image of my Rom and I click update and my phone just restarts.
I have watched the video on how to, it seems simple but I just don't know what is wrong.

Re: Unlocking

Ur phone will appear to be turned off. I know when I did it, my pc basically disconnected the phone sync, then reconnected it over about 5 seconds. Can you give a bit more info as to your PC settings ? Operating System, etc.
How are you executing the HSPL unlocker ?

Re: Unlocking

Windows 7 64bit Nothing really special about the settings.

And I am basically just running Windows Mobile Device Center to sync. Once syncd I start the unlocker and after first screen I hear the usb sound like it disconnects and the phone turns off. Then I get to the screen where it is supposed to show my Rom version and it has nithing. If I restarted the phone, resync, then continue with the unlocker I will get the version but it doesnt not unlock, just restarts my phone (no tri color).
the unlockcker says complete and nothing I tried to find if I am missing something but nothin g that I can see.

Re: Unlocking

I am running Win7 Ultimate 64-bit and had no issues flashing. Do you have the "more than 50%" phone charge like the instructions said? The phone immediately resets when the unlocker starts but should come right back up in the boot loader screen. I believe it resets again after that too.
