New TP2 owner from Treo 800w...Have a few questions

I'm familiar with tweaking my previous WM phones (Treo 800w & Treo 700wx). I've decided to jump ship from Palm Treo and go with HTC. I'm still learning the touch Pro 2 (Sprint) and just have a few questions...

1. Is there anyway to modify/add/delete the tabs? I want to modify the Weather tab to open up SPB Weather. I may also want to add my own tab.

2. Is there anyway to turn off the BT from the Communications Tab without having to disconnect from the attached device? Previously on my Treo 800w (WM 6.1 Pro) if there was I was attached to a BT device, I could turn off the BT wireless and it would automatically disconnect my device. On the TP2 (Sprint) if I try to turn off the BT via the Communications tab, BT properties opens up, then tab over to the BT settings and then select "Disable Bluetooth". Kind of a hassle doing the extra steps and would rather turn it off the Communications tab.

3. Is there a way to disable or remove the speaker icon?


I've searched and couldn't find anything and have gone through the "Touch Pro 2 Tweaks, Hacks, Tips & Modifications" thread as well.

Other than the above, I love the phone. I wanted a bigger screen realstate and got tired of a 320x320 screen, which is why I made the jump to the TP2. The only thing I don't like is no D pad or OK button.
