Just found the Hard SPL unlocker - I think.
All I think the SPL unlocker is available here:

That says for T-Mobile, so it wouldn't also work on a CDMA phone since T-Mobile is GSM.
EDIT: I must be a slow typer...there weren't any responses when I started typing...haha |

that looks like it is for TMo. probably the gsm hard spl. i dont think it is going to work.
