Sprint to Ban Tethering in 2010?
"Sprint executive David Owens has confirmed that the carrier will ban tethering on smart devices next year as a part of its future smart device development plans. The ban will be placed on smart devices activated on the carrier’s current lineup of Everything plans."

maybe they'll actually enforce it? I use it like non-stop and haven't been charged. It just shows up on my bill as one large lump sum for my data plan.

we use a workaround for our tethering... i think that refers to the official tethering through sprint

at the rate the market is going, they'll merge with verizon by then... then they can be sprint/nextel/verizon/alltel
