Any alternatives to notes ?
 

the notes on WM sucks.

Any other alternative that integrates with the phone (like when pressing notes while on a phone cal ?)

PhatWare PhatNotes...damn pricy though! Did you try Googling "windows mobile notes application"??? Seems to return quite a few hits.

I did. Couldnt find anything i like.

I just want something simple that saves the notes in a directory of your choice.

you know i've had windows mobile for at least 3 years and i still dont understand how the ms notes works as far where it saves the stuff and the add/remove directories... just wierd....

By default it keeps every notes in your My Documents folder. Personally I don't add any additional folders as it seems to do odd things in Outlook when I sync them. I categorize my Notes within Outlook as that is where I use / access them the most. I sync them with WM in order to have them handy when I need them. However, WM Notes doesn't support / use categories :( It's definitely a very simple application, and not really great for hundreds of notes.
