Thank you. As you are certain that all the hardware, such as a properly plexed (?) antenna is there and that is enable-able that is good news. Althoughone downside this is bound to keep prices high since there will be an instant gray market on ebay driving up demand.

There are only two baseband processors for the MSM7600 and both do CDMA/GSM.

Edit: the answer is yes.

here is what I know so far: she said it woudl be available for FREE to single and dual use people. AKA people who are not trying to do mass unlocks for profit. Sim unlocking for use on GSM US carriers for sprint will cost. The license contacts thier server makes sure your allowed to do this ONE time only and your phone is unlocked. Donors get the sim unlocking for US GSM cariers for free.

oh and monday is the current ETA.
