All Contacts button doesn't work?

Hi,
so I searched on this, but haven't found anything.
When I press the All Contacts button, no matter which screen I'm on, it does nothing.
Anyone know how to fix this?

EDIT: I can't access any contacts at all unless I hit the talk button and go through my most recent dialed, and I can't add favorites or anything. It's like the whole contacts thing is hosed. Is there any way to reinstall the contacts section?
Thanks!

I've done many a soft, I don't have the energy for a hard (it's my wife's phone, and she gets annoyed when I play with it too long)

A hard reset will most likely fix the issue. Doesnt take much energy to press a few buttons.

I thought with a hard reset I need to restore all settings, reinstall cabs, etc?
Thanks for the help..

You would have to reinstall everything and readjust your settings but its the easiest and most likely solution to your problem. You could try installing a different contacts app like icontact to see if that solves the issue but not everyone likes using the 3rd party contact apps.

I had never hard reset a phone before, but it was much easier than I thought. Prob because I had all my cabs saved on one folder
Thanks, it worked perfectly!
