hyperlinks in texts

is there something i need to enable on my pro 2 so that whenever a text message comes in that contains a hyperlink, the link is hot? for example whenever i receive a tweet with a tinyurl link or an http link, it's not blue like it was on my touch pro (i would just click on the preview to open the message and click on the link which would open opera). what am i missing here?

thanks!

yea, hyperlinks, e-mails, and phone numbers are no longer clickable in the Manilla sms. Pocket outlook works though.

wow, that's pretty weak. . . how is everyone dealing with this issue? is there a workaround/edit/alternative sms program everyone uses? i can't believe that feature would be removed. . .

It's not really removed, it's just not added. Manilla sms is different from outlook sms/mms. It also doesn't capitalize the first letter... but it will add a period after the last word if you double space! :|

Yeah just use the stock windows sms and you can click links and phone numbers like before.

I found that if you forward the text it is then clickable. SO you can select forward , click the link and then cancel the forward. Its a hassle but it works...
