Sprint GPS Cost
Quick question....do most of you have the navigation included in your service cost or are you paying an extra price for GPS navigation on your TP 2 ?
My all included plan charges my an extra $9.99 a month for Sprint Nav.

It seems that onlyl certain plans (the "Everything" plans for sure, maybe some others) include Sprint navigation.
I have an old grandfathered "Unlimited Data Plan" which like yours does not include and wants to charge $9.99 per month. Per someone's suggestion here I am using iGO8 instead which is far superior and has no monthly charges. Search here for the thread about it. Even if I had Sprint Nav free I would use iGO8 now. In addition, the Sprint Nav uses data while iGO8 does not.

Just to be clear (this is something many people get confused on):
Your phone has a GPS chip. It does NOT cost a PENNY to use the GPS on your phone. What you are paying Sprint for, if you choose to, is the actual navigation software. You can use Google Maps, Microsoft Live Search, iGo8, TomTom, Garmin, etc. FOR FREE with GPS tracking.

And to be even slightly clearer the everything plans include use of the software for no extra charge.
However, as saumaun points out all the software mentioned does a better job than Sprints nav software.
