Opera Settings back to default?

So I took the advice of someone on here and I messed up my Opera. My TP2 was displaying everything in mobile views. I wanted to change that. So someone on here said to change 2 things. Well... that messed up my browser, so I need to set it back to default. Shame on me for not writing them down. Can anyone help? I do NOT want to hard reset over this error... just need the default factory settings for the following.

Here's what I changed.
Under Opera:config
User Prefs
Changed Customer User-Agent to Mozilla/4.0 (Compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 6.0; en)
Don't remember what is was!

Cleared out UAProf URL... can't remember what it was.

These changes have messed up my entire browser. How can you change back to the default settings? I would think clicking on "default" right next to these entries would do it, but it does not. PLEASE HELP!

My version is 9.5, build 16983

All u had to do to see desktop versions of websites is to leave the Customer User-Agent blank...

Let me re-phrase that... If you use the search bar in TF3D it will still display mobile pages but if u click the earth and search while inside the browser u will then see desktop versions of your websites

Hey, give my opera cab a shot. This will overwrite your screwed up Config, and will add speed and other enhancements.
See my thread here:

Here is the attatched .cab

Re: Opera Settings back to default?

To get back to the opera defaults, in case you're interested, just delete the /Windows/Opera9/opera.ini file. Launch opera and it will recreate a default one for you.

Re: Opera Settings back to default?

Favourites are stored in \Windows\Opera9\opera6.adr

Quick question. I noticed you mentioned in your other thread to "Back up your original file"... what file would that be?

THANKS!

That's probably the opera.ini file in the Windows/Opera9 folder.

I did this... and no new one was recreated. I do not have an "opera.ini" file in my windows/opera9 folder.

What version of Opera are you using? If per chance you've installed 9.7 then I apologize for not thinking to mention that its' opera.ini file will be in the Program Files/Opera folder instead.

If you're using the stock Opera then I'm not sure why it is not being recreated. I tested this out myself in the past. Did you try a soft reset?
