Data Call Failure

On sprint when I try to internet share..

"Error Code: 67
Error code 67 Registration failure. Your OCS vision username and/or password may be incorrect. Please try again."

Anyone know how to fix this?

This happened when I first activated my TP2. I did an online chat with a rep who "reset the data on my plan" and then it worked. Hubby's worked as soon as he activated. We have an unlimited vision option attached to our shared Friends and Family plan from years ago -- hope that helps!
